The residency program within the Department of Otolaryngology – Head & Neck Surgery here at the University of California, Irvine School of Medicine provides comprehensive training to our residents. Emphasizing a hands-on surgical education, graded autonomy in clinical decision-making, exploration of research opportunities, and the importance of lifelong education, we aim to deliver training in a supportive, friendly atmosphere.
