C/w Nana: Sweet Chili Hot Wings (ຈືນປີກໄກ່ຫວານເຜັດ == Jeun Peeg Gai Waan Phet)

This is another one of my chicken wing recipes. If you've watched my Pineapple Hot WIngs video [   • C/w Nana: Pineapple Hot Wings (ຈືນປີກ...  ], this recipe is the similar, except I will use chili paste in soybean oil instead of pineapples.

The challenge with this recipe is that you have to use the chili paste with soybean oil because I never learned how to make the chili paste from scratch. If you live near an Asian market, you should be able to find it. It doesn't have to be the same brand I used.

I didn't have that many wings when this video was shot, but I made a lot of sauce. This will save time later when I want to make some more. You WILL want to make more.

This will be my last fried chicken wings video for awhile. I hope these wings recipes helped you guys get through the holidays and American football craziness. The next videos will be back to more traditional Lao dishes.
