↳ a reset routine is a time you dedicate to letting yourself recharge and relax after a long time of work. with that in mind, the time could range from a day to weeks, even months. you can do anything you want during the time of your reset routine, may it be relaxing in a cozy coffee shop, staying at home watching movies, or even having a week's vacation on the beach. the whole purpose of this time is for your mind and body to recharge so that you can function properly again once school/work starts.

disclaimer that not everyone has the same reset routine, yours should not be based on others, especially if the parts of their routine don't bring happiness to you. feel free to do whatever you want during this time!

hello friends! how are you doing today? today's video is actually long overdue but it's about my rest routine! a few weeks back, I was looking for a good reset routine to get myself to keep going but didn't really end up finding one. so I decided to just do it my way LMAO, it is a bit excessive but I really enjoyed having some alone rest time. hopefully, I'll get another one soon!
