何謂地方魅力、如何引發出這種魅力而為社區帶來可持續的正面影響？即使我們在談論同一個地方，因着彼此的不同身位與視角，答案也可以南轅北轍。歷盡種種挑戰的疫後香港社區，故事如何說下去？這場公開課，或者可以帶來一些啟發——分別來自台北和本港的施佩吟和梅詩華將介紹兩地社區項目，如何就不同的社區情境與特性，設計出與在地社群同行的公共藝術計劃、社區出版、社區空間經營、共學等複合式的行動，呼應社區的魅力。

What is local charm, and how can one draw it out to make a lasting, positive impact on a community? Even when we are discussing the same place, our different positions and viewpoints can lead to vastly divergent answers. For the post-pandemic Hong Kong communities that have weathered various challenges, how can their stories continue to be told? It's our hope that this Open Class may offer some inspiration — SHIH Peiyin from Taipei and Sarah MUI from Hong Kong will introduce community projects from both places. They will discuss how composite initiatives involving public art, community publishing, the management of community spaces, co-learning activities, and other creative actions have been designed to respond to the unique situations and characteristics of different communities, thereby co-creating with and illuminating the inherent charm of each community.
