COLOMBIA, The Land of Second Chances

In Colombia, there are over 6,600 women in prison, waiting to rebuild their lives. Through production workshops, we want to give them a new chance to return to work and leave behind the mistakes we all can make. As a designer, my goal has been to raise my voice for social change towards a fashion industry that includes everyone, celebrating all kinds of beauty. I want to keep supporting this project to strengthen these workshops, with more sewer machines, new technologies, fabrics and raw materials, that focus on gender equality and responsible consumption, providing good jobs for women in prison.
