Beef Chilli with Egg Fried Rice
‎Serve 3-4
‎Ingredients
‎- Beef strips 1/2 kg
‎-Oil 1/2 cup
‎- Ginger garlic paste 2 table spoon
‎- Raw Papaya 2_3 tbs
‎- Black pepper 3 tsp
‎-Red chilli flakes 1 tsp
‎-Salt 2&1/2 tsp
‎-Garlic crushed 1 tsp
‎-Soya sauce 2-3 tbs
‎-Chilli sauce 3 -4 tbs
‎-Vinegar 3 tbs
‎- Rice 1/2 kg
‎-Carrots 1medium
‎-Capsicum 1medium
‎-Green Onion 3-4
‎-Egg 1
‎-Orange food colour 2 drops
‎-Green chillies 3-4
‎-Cesema seeds 1 tbs
‎- Corn flour 1 tbs
‎Directions:
‎-Cut beef in strips add salt, raw papaya, ginger garlic paste, vinegar mix well and set aside for 1 hour.
‎-Boil the simple white rice and set aside,
‎-Make omelette, in 1 egg add pinch of salt , black pepper and orange/yellow food colour mix well fry in 2-3 tbs of oil and set aside.
‎-Saute carrots, capsicum, green onions leaves in 2-3 tbs oil, add salt and black pepper , mix in rice,add pieces of egg omelette in rice, cover the pan and cook rice for 6-8 minutes on low flame.
‎- Add 2 cup water in pan put all beef strips mix well cook on low flame for 40-45 minutes until beef tender.
‎-Open the pan dry all water add oil mix well now add black pepper 1 tsp, red chilli flakes 1tsp,, green chillies, green leaves of Onion, Soya sauce,chilli sauce mix well add sesame seeds seedsl , add corn flour mix well and dish out.
