To start, we can see "America's Cup " on the water showing off her great lines and profile. Then we see her on the trailer which is in top condition with an electric jack, new tires and side guides for easy loading. This boat is well powered with a Mercruiser 454 (7.4 LT), 310 HP Motor with the heavy duty Bravo II Drive. Note the heavy duty Stainless steel Prop!
Included with the boat are these custom dock stairs to make boarding "On the hard" walk up easy.
Once aboard, the extended swim platform add lots of space for chairs, a custom Bar-b-que and a bait tank! (no don't cook the bait!) The cockpit interior offers new upholstery, a table, transom storage, a hot/cold shower, external battery switches and even a built in tackle box storage cabinet. For year around use, there is even the camper back enclosure with good clear isinglass.
At the helm there is a large GPS/FishFinder, Fuel Flow Meters, a VHF Radio and remote windlass control to make anchoring very easy.

Once aboard, we check out the helm which, besides the LX Bayliner featured gauge package includes radar, the new Garmin GPS/Chartplotter, a Smart phone holder (or tablet), a VHf Radio and a Stereo w CD Player and Sirus radio capability. Looking around the cockpit we see seating easily for 8 or more of our friends.
Checking out the engine space, we see the Mercruiser 7.4LT motor (454CID) which has been serviced ( see www.SouthMountainYachts.com for partial list of R &R) and ready for the next owner. Other features here include 3 batteries, a battery charger, hot water heater, tanks and a macerator valve.
Moving into the cabin, we have a good sized galley to port with a stove, microwave, lots of storage, refrigerator and sink. To the side we have our 2 line AC power panel to control the shore power along with our inverter control panel. For over nighting the front V-berth easily sleeps 2, the mid berth is double wide and full beam (8'+ for the tall ones) and the dinette converts to a sleeper.
