Get the tool here this program works great
IT's a bit old but works fine

Make sure you put your PROGRAM the extract-xiso.exe and your ISO in the same folder on your computer

Run extract-xiso.exe -x "Game Name.iso"
Then hit enter

If it makes a new folder with the game extracted it worked
Make sure to not make the game name 2 larger
The xbox doesn't like super long game names so keep it under 25 or less letters

This is a super long game name the system doesn't like this when the name is long

It won't read a folder or file name that is 2 long so make sure the names are not super long

This will help avoid errors some game names are super long

Same with like SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom
Call it Battle for Bikini Bottom the artwork will work fine u don't want a super long folder name.
