One Of The BEST CLARET Salmon Flies & How To Tie It!

Описание к видео One Of The BEST CLARET Salmon Flies & How To Tie It!

A claret killer! Here I tie a McCormick's shrimp in flamethrower style which has all the right colours for back end salmon and grilse fishing.

The flamethrower style shrimps are usually tied on short shank doubles like partridge patriot or salar hooks. With the tail tied in mid way up the shank and supported with a hackle, there is less chance of tail wraps, ideal for someone new to salmon fishing or not the best at spey casting.

Hope you like it 👍
