This video will cover Zepbound shot number 36, week 43 of my weight loss journey. For this weigh-in, I was taking 7.5 mg of name-brand Zepbound purchased from Lilly Direct.

After the weigh-in, let’s talk about my big food mistake this week. I have really been burning the candle at both ends, and I am burned out on cooking. So I had a brilliant idea of replacing my fresh groceries with frozen meals. I learned a hard lesson and let’s talk about it.
