1 Year On Testosterone

I made it!! Woo hoo!! I can;t believe it's been a year. And what a year it has been. I realise that I am still quite young in this journey though it feels great to have got here. I didn't think that I would make it this far. It seemed like it would never come. Yet here we are.

So here's my year:
I've stopped torturing myself and started T
I impatiently waited for changes (Still a long way to go)
I've learned so much about myself
I've learned so much about being trans
I've been surprised at how great people have (mostly) been
I've had top surgery - this is a game changer
I feel so much more confident in myself
I am starting to pass consistently - what a joy
I can now use the men's bathroom without fear.
