In the documentary by Wadhwani Foundation, named "A win- win partnership between Industry and ITI's" emphasises the importance of vocational education and skills development how it's impacting lives in India through Skills Development Training and Soft Skills Development.

Skills Development Network (SDN), now Global Skills Network (GSN) is the largest skills development initiative of the foundation. GSN primarily works with students who have graduated their 12th grade but haven't pursued any other advanced professional development course.

Wadhwani Foundation acts as a Program Manager and enables the various organisations to leverage technologies and the workforce available in India. It helps in training the trainers, who thereafter train the students in both basic and advanced skills training.
