As you know, our swirl acrylic rods is machining from cast acrylic panel and blanks. So the surface will have the tooth marks. How to remove it ? The method is to polish the surface. Details is in the video.

Do you have other ways to polish the cutting marks ? Let me know.

By the way, swirl /pearl / marble acrylic has this feature: the surface before polish is not bright and crystal enough(mainly in comparison to the surface after polish). But after polish, the surface will be very crystal and bright. It feel that the surface smeared oil (but we didn't do that). It is bright than oil surface.
