So what’s a Daniel Fast?

It’s a biblical fast inspired by the prophet Daniel—
simple food, intentional prayer, and spiritual focus.

Here’s how I practice it:
fruits, vegetables, beans, whole grains, nuts, and seeds.
No meat.
No dairy.
No added sugar.
No processed foods.
Nothing artificial.

But this isn’t a diet.
It’s a spiritual discipline.

It’s about fuel—not indulgence.
Clarity—not distraction.

I do this every year because it helps me reset,
strengthen prayer,
break unhealthy patterns,
and start the year with intention.

Because when we create space—
peace shows up.
direction shows up.
blessings show up.
