One-Piece Manifold with Enhanced Flow and PAI’s Thermashield Coating:
PAI now offers the most advanced manifold available greatly surpassing the durability and performance of the OE. Through the addition of our High Performance
Treatment, we have further upgraded our uniquely redesigned exhaust manifold.

The Front, Center, and Rear sections are polished internally through our
Isotropic Super Finish process, enhancing the gas flow dynamics. Heat-energy loss is reduced thanks to our proprietary Thermashield Ceramic Coating.

The sections are assembled in-house and machined in a single step to create a perfect mounting surface, reducing bolt stress and ensuring a proper seal. The end
result is optimized turbocharger performance and overall increased engine efficiency.

Thermashield Ceramic Coating Process:
PAI’s HP manifold is polished internally through our
Isotropic Super Finishing process, reducing pressure
loss and allowing for smoother gas flow. The manifold
is then coated with PAI’s proprietary Thermashield
Ceramic coating which keeps exhaust heat inside
the manifold, making the engine more efficient and
lowering the heat in the engine bay.
