বোরো মৌসুমের স্বল্পমেয়াদী জাত ব্রি হাইব্রিড ধান-৮ আবাদ করে লাভবান হয়েছেন কুষ্টিয়ার চাষি। বাংলাদেশ ধান গবেষণা ইন্সটিটিউট উদ্ভাবিত বোরো মৌসুমের জন্য স্বল্পমেয়াদী হাইব্রিড ধান-৮ এর বয়সকাল ১শ’ ৪৫ দিন থেকে ১শ’ ৪৮ দিন হওয়ায় ওই একই জমিতে আউশ ধানের চারাও রোপণ করা যায়। কুষ্টিয়া থেকে আনিসুজ্জামান ডাবলুর পাঠানো তথ্য ও ভিডিওচিত্রে সুদীপ্তা মাহমুদের রিপোর্ট।
