Customer Application
Grabs the Phone ID from the user at the time of registration. Displays the flyer of the closest store location from the user's phone. - Scan any QR code within the store and updates the mini-map with the user's current location which can be used for getting help from an employee. - Scan any QR code within the store and shows the product information and gives you the option to receive help from any employee within the store. Sends you into a queue in the employee app so they know you need help. With the mini-map they know your location within the store.
Employee Application
Asks the employee for their account number to know who is currently active. - Scanning any QR code updates the details for the employee. This also updates how much stock they have of the item in the back which saves them time from going to the back and checking manually. - Help Tab which displays how many customers are currently awaiting help. Once clicked on it eliminates the customer from queue so the other employee's know that the customer is being taken care off. - FetchList tab is used for multiple items. This ease's the memory load for the employee. If a customer wants 3 different shoes with all different sizes simply add it to the list and when you go to the back, you know what you are looking for.
