Building a brand from scratch sounds cute... until you’re crying over cash flow and Googling how to fix your website at 2 AM. In this video, I’m pulling back the curtain and sharing the real story of how I built my brand.. what worked, what flopped, and what I would 100% do differently if I were starting today.

If you’re building something of your own (or dreaming about it), I pray this gives you clarity, confidence, and a few shortcuts I had to learn the hard way.

Here’s what I’ve learned:

💡 It won’t always feel good. Entrepreneurship isn’t always glamorous. Some days you’ll feel like a powerhouse… others you’ll feel like quitting. Keep showing up.
💡 Invest in a mentor, not just a course. Information is everywhere. Wisdom isn’t. The right mentor can save you from expensive mistakes.
💡 Build the boring before you chase viral. Going viral is fun, but systems are what keep you going. Focus on your foundation.
💡 Your brand is a language. It’s not just your logo or colors. It’s how people feel when they interact with you. Speak clearly.
💡 Delegate before you feel ready. You’ll never scale if you’re the bottleneck. Trust people. It’s scary, but it’s necessary.
💡 You can’t scale alone. The vision might start with you, but the impact multiplies with a team.

Looking back, I wish someone had told me these things sooner, so I’m telling you now.
