HOW TO MAKE THE POTATO CHIP OMELETTE FROM THE BEAR!

Here is Season 2 of The Bear famous dish!

Ingredients:
Eggs
Butter
Boursin Garlic & Fine Herbs Gournay Cheese
Chives
Sour Cream Onion Wavy Chips

Directions:
First start by cracking 3 eggs into a mixing bowl and whisk until eggs is disloved.

Next start by adding ½ butter on a pan on medium high heat.

Start choppin up chives and set them aside later.

When the butter is melted add the eggs into the pan, swirl the pan so the egg is flat and cook.

Now start adding Gournay Cheese almost to the end of the omelette, then wrap into a buritto.

Serve the omelette on the plate add butter on the omelette, add the chives, crush potato chips, and Salt then Pepper.
