WWE Money in the Bank 2018 will be a big night for stars like Ronda Rousey, Roman Reigns and Shinsuke Nakamura, who will all be participating in one of the most important matches of their respective careers.
Due to what can only be described as a series of questionable booking decisions, all of these stars currently find themselves at a career crossroads, and the outcomes of their Money in the Bank matches could play a big role in determining how much success they have both in the short and long-term future. The hope within WWE, of course, is that these three stars, along with many others, leave Money in the Bank as bigger stars than when they entered it, especially given the way interest in WWE has plummeted since WrestleMania 34.

Ratings for both Raw and SmackDown are down to all-time low levels, and the quality of the product is down with it. But with the proper booking of WWE's biggest stars at Money in the Bank, things can turn around quickly as WWE draws closer to SummerSlam. Going into the pay-per-view, the outcomes of many of the show's major matches seem to be rather predictable, but as we saw at WrestleMania 34 when Brock Lesnar beat Roman Reigns and Charlotte Flair defeated Asuka, WWE has made a habit out of unpredictable booking as of late as it attempts to reinvigorate its product.

Perhaps one of the most popular, as discussed by The Comeback, would see Natalya win the women's Money in the Bank match and then cash in on Ronda Rousey after Rousey defeats Nia Jax for the Raw Women's Championship, which would lead to a babyface Rousey chasing the heel Natalya as the biggest feud in Raw's women's division on the road to SummerSlam.
