Jesus,
You invite the weary, the tired, and the burdened to come to You.
So today, I come.

I lay down the weight I’ve been carrying.
I release the pressure, the anxiety, the exhaustion, and the silent struggles.
Teach me to walk with You, not ahead of You.
Teach my heart to trust Your pace.

You are gentle with my soul.
You do not crush me with expectations.
You restore me with grace.

Give me the rest You promised.
The peace that reaches deeper than sleep.
The healing that strengthens my spirit.
The comfort that reminds me I am not alone.

My burden is safe with You.
My soul finds rest in You.

In Jesus’ name, Amen.
