1- Hire a Buyer's Agent REALTOR® ~ If the seller or builder has a real estate agent representing their best interests, it only makes sense for you, as the buyer to have an agent, too. And it's the seller who pays both agents, not you.

2- Do your research ~ As you reach out to builders and possibly call the Listing Agent, make sure they know at the first contact that you have a Buyer's Agent (even if you haven't signed a Buyer Agency Agreement).
