GF FLOURLESS PEANUTBUTTER COOKIES:

Mix:
1 jar peanut butter
1-1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs

Spoon onto ungreased baking sheet in 1 tablespoon mounds about 3 inches apart. Flatten with back of fork. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-14 minutes. Let cool for 1 minute before removing with spatula from baking sheet.

SCRIPT for FLOURLESS PEANUT BUTTER COOKIES (GLUTEN FREE)

My cousins made these amazing FLOURLESS peanutbutter cookies one day and they were TOTALLY gluten free. I couldn't BELIEVE how they melt in your mouth... and they only take THREE ingredients! You can make them too! Let me show you how...

Put 1 jar of peanutbutter in a bowl with 2 eggs and mix it all up. Then add 1-1/2 cups sugar and mix everything really well. Roll the cookie dough into balls and put them onto an ungreased baking sheet about 3 inches apart. Flatten the dough with the back of a fork and bake them at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Let them cool for a minute before removing them from baking sheet.

This recipe is so easy, you don't even have to write it down!
And who wants to write stuff down when you could be eating cookies instead?
