At least one person involved in Tuesday’s Towson mass shooting is believed to be linked to local gang activity, according to multiple law enforcement sources.

The brazen shootout and recent rise in violence across the region has been raising suspicions this wasn’t a senseless act of violence, but rather, a calculated message.
