Today we are taking a ride on the Whirlpool Aero car / cable car attraction.

Once known as the Spanish aero car. It was designed by a Spanish engineer, Leonardo Torres Quevedo.
Niagara Parks purchased it and renamed it the Whirlpool Aero Car.

Take in stunning views of the Niagara River and whirlpool rapids. During the ride it crosses the international border a few times.
This is a smooth easy going ride. This ride is a narrated tour.

In the winter of 2023, the whirlpool aero car was removed from its tracks and underwent refurbishment. They made sure the stunning original design was preserved.
