Herb Script Overhaul! (WiSH RedM)

In Jan 2022 I purchased our current herb script. Although I love the interface, the author did not place herbs in logical location based on RDR2/RDO (https://jeanropke.github.io/RDOMap/).

In April 2024, I finally buckled down to change this! All this while supporting our server and community in many ways, including fighting Russian hackers! 🤓

After 8,000 XYZ coordinates, three scripts, 125 icons I'm proud to announce the release of not just an herb update, but an overhaul, upgrade and expansion!

New features:
- Herbs in logical locations (8,000 in total!)
- Bulrush and Burdock Root located near water (800 in total!)
- American Wildflower missions
- 15 Orchid collectibles
- 12 Animal Scat collectibles
- Treasures, valuables, cans (200 by the end of the month)
- Collectible Shop (AI)
- Herb Trader (AI)

A huge shout out and kudos to Dev and Eliza for their help by manually obtaining XYZ coordinates for the Bulrush and Burdock Root to ensure that both herbs grow along waterways.

My primary goal at the beginning of this massive project was to move the herbs around the map so that they were in logical locations. As I "pulled on the thread", I discovered other things that I wanted to incorporate --- hence the overhaul and expansion!
