Aluminum Horseshoes for a Show Hunter

Some disciplines of riding horses prefer to be shod with aluminum horseshoes. In this case, I shod a show hunter and they like to have her done up with aluminum shoes. Typically shoeing a horse with unclipped shoes is pretty straightforward but with any horse that is jumping obstacles, there needs to be clips on the shoes to share the workload with the nails otherwise the shoes would sheer right off from the torque of jumping and landing on ground. And the tricky part with aluminum shoes that have clips is getting the shoes and clips fit in properly. So in this video I shared some tips and tricks for how I go about making them fit better.
