One more thing- the great thing about praying in the Spirit is you get to choose how much or how little you want to be edified because you have the will over how much you speak with your mouth. I personally like to pray in tongues until a deep sense of peace charges me up. The emphasis is that it’s entirely at your initiation, whenever and wherever you want. You can even pray in tongues while scrolling on TikTok. I do that and it’s great. Lol. Something about God’s gift makes everything more fun.
