In this head tutorial, we'll go over the importance of understanding the planes of the face, how it affects lighting, and why it's still important for stylized work like anime! The Loomis Method is a simplified version great for getting down a quick lay-in, but the Asaro head will tell us all the information we know to make believable and detailed heads that more closely resemble true anatomy.

ABOUT ME:

I began learning how to draw in February, 2019. I was inspired by Into the Spider-Verse and told myself, "I want to be able to make something like that one day". SO I decided to pick up a pencil and start learning.
I've spent every day since scouring the internet for the best tutorials and lessons to help teach me how to be an artist.
