Ingredients & Process:
Sugar Syrup:
½ Cup Sugar
1 & ½ Cup Water
2 Cardamom
Let It Boil
Keep Aside
3 Tbsp Ghee
1 Cup Suji/Semolina
Roast In Low Heat
Roast For 5-7 Min.
Roast Until Change The Color
¼ Cup Milk
Add Sugar Syrup
Mix Well
Cover For 2-3 Min.
Cook Until Separate From The Pan
6 Inch Oil Greased Mould With Baking Paper
Pour
Keep Aside For 1 Hour
