Empty Quarter, adventure flying in the largest sand desert on earth

In this episode, we travel deep into the largest sand desert on Earth, the empty quarter of the Arabian Peninsula!

With over 400 liters of gasoline and more than 120 liters of water for two people, we drove a good 1500 km into the desert. Only to fly there at the most beautiful and gigantic star dunes with 200 m height.

We are among the very few pilots who have ever flown there and this footage is a true rarity. It has been my dream for many years to fly there and photograph these landscapes, and now we could make it come true.
We feel it as a deep luck to see this beauty of the deserts with our own eyes and will come back again!
