🔹 1. Recognize the Manipulation Tactics
✅ "They gaslight me to make me doubt myself."
✅ "Their love bombing is just a tactic to reel me back in."

🔹 2. Use the 5-Second Rule
When you start spiraling or getting sucked into their manipulation, count down: 5-4-3-2-1, then redirect your focus to break free from their hold.

🔹 3. Replace Overthinking with Empowering Actions
Instead of dwelling on their manipulation, channel your energy into self-care: journaling, exercising, or learning something new to help you regain control.

🔹 4. Ground Yourself to Stay Present
Try:
🌿 5-4-3-2-1 Method – Name 5 things you see, 4 things you touch, 3 things you hear, 2 things you smell, 1 thing you taste.
🌿 Breathwork – Slow, deep breaths to calm your nervous system and break free from their control.

🔹 5. Reframe the Narrative
Instead of thinking, “They treated me this way because I wasn’t good enough,” try:
