This is the first chest shoulder tri workout i do every monday, hope you guys enjoy the video!

the workout is as follows

4x5 heavy bench press 2:30m rest
4x10 dumbell shoulder press 60s rest
4x10 behind the neck shoulder press 60s rest
3x10 cuban press 60s rest
3x10 weighted dips 60s rest
3x12 tricep pushdown cycle thingy 60s rest
superset (if you can)
3x8 shoulder raises
3x8 front raises
3x8 rear shoulder flys
3x8 front shoulder press
60s rest
