Are you ready to tackle one of our favorite steel mace workouts that we’ve put out on YouTube? This is a 22 minute killer total body HIIT workout that only requires one steel mace.

22 MINUTE STEEL MACE FULL BODY HIIT WORKOUT DETAILS:

First off, you will need to know how to do the exercises in this workout as there will be no movement prep. Once the workout starts, it’s go time. You will just get a brief view of what the next exercise is before each set starts while going through the workout.

Steel Mace Full Body High Intensity Interval Training Workout Structure (30/15 HIIT):

- 5 Exercises (each side)
- 30 seconds work
- 15 seconds rest
- 3 Rounds

Total Workout Time: 22 minutes

Best Mace Size To Use: 10LB or 15LB for most people (you can always size up or down during the workout by pausing the video)
