“No matter how hard I try to keep this house in order, it always becomes a mess after some time. I am just fed up with this tidying up!”.
How good it would be if there was a way, so that once you declutter your house, it remains decluttered for the lifetime. What if I say, yes there is such a way. Today in this video I am going to share with you a method called “Kon Mari” method from the book “The life-changing magic of tidying up” by Marie Kondo. If you declutter your house just once by following this “Kon Mari” method, you will never have to do it again. Does it sound to you too good to be true?
Marie Kondo is a tidying expert, starting from the age of 5 she has invested 80% of her time to learn this subject. Then she had finally discovered the “Kon Mari” method.

You just have to follow 2 steps in this method,
Discarding – Separating the unnecessary items because they will no longer be in your room
Organizing – Deciding a fixed place for every necessary item.
The author has strictly advised following these 2 steps in the proper order that is discarding first and then organizing. If you stop the process of discarding in the middle and start organizing then it will become a big problem.

1. If you store them using hanger then you may have to work less but you will need more space.
2. In Japanese healing refers to “te-ate” which translates into “to apply hands”. When a kid becomes sick, then if his mother put her hand on his forehead he feels much better. Japanese people believe that when we touch something with sympathy with our hands then positive energy transfers from our hands to that place. And this positive energy has healing power. That’s why when we fold our clothes with our hands we transfer that positive energy into those clothes, keeping them nice and bright for a long time.
3. Folding clothes after they have been washed and dried is an opportunity to notice them in all their detail. For example, we might spot places where the cloth has frayed or see that a certain piece of clothing is becoming worn out. The author believes that folding clothes using your hand is a gesture of love from you towards them for protecting your body. According to the author, we should only store those clothes using hanger which resists when we try to fold, like the coats and jackets. Only these type of clothes should be stored using hanger, as per their wish.
