Motor and brake tips for old winches. Award winning camera work... NOT.
Main shaft and fairlead bushings are high pressure oilite (oil impregnated) bushings. Biggest od for the fairlead bushings (with 5/8 id) was 1", so I pressed and welded in steel plugs, then bored to1".

New brake assembly available on Ebay. Correct term for brake is 'brake band'.
