Baba Ahmad Din Kumhar left his birthplace village Kattianwali, district Shri Muktsar Sahib now, in 1947 at the time of India Pakistan partition. Here he is sharing his memories about his village and journey of migration.
This village was situated in the area of Nawab Iftikhar Hussain Khan of Mamdot, a well-known leader of the Muslim League and the biggest landlord of Punjab at that time. He was chief minister of Pakistan Punjab after partition.
