In traffic light system, generally two colors Red and Green (lights) are used for safe communication.
The third light is used to open some routes with some caution, and which is does not indicate how much risk is there on the route.

so here, Traffic light system can be modeled using a fuzzy graph,
Each Route is considered as a Vertex, and An Edge between the two vertices if they corresponding routes are intersect each other.

Red light - Full Stop
Green Light - Full Open
Fuzzy Green light - Indicates some little safety rather than danger.
Fuzzy Red Light - some danger rather than little safety.
