Jesus has set himself as an example of a servant when he sent to the earth to serve human beings and fulfil His father’s assignment

Quote : Mark 10:35-45
James and John ( sons of zebedee) asked request from Christ but Christ replied talking about the suffering behind his death probably which they didn’t comprehend
Before. We can inherit the kingdom of God we drink from the bitter cup of God and be baptised with the baptism of suffering
In our Christian life we ll surely face sufferings so it is only about declaration of words from the mouth as James and John request from Christ but from deeds
He who humbly listens and serves God truly will inherit the kingdom of God
Jesus taught his disciples that before someone will be praised or lifted above he ought to.serve and humble himself first
Jesus once said to his disciples that it will be difficult for a rich man to enter into the kingdom of God than a camel entering through the eye of a needle . What Jesus was trying to say is things might seem difficult in the sight of man but when u follow Christ and you pass through the bitter path , suffer and denying your yourself , you ll regain abundantly in His kingdom
To gain the inheritance in the kingdom of God , May pass through persecution as well.
We might ask ourselves, Why do God make us pass through trials and suffering? Simply because He wants us to know that He is the only one we can turn to
Most Christians claim to know Christ but their deeds doesn’t match with the inheritance of the kingdom
Without the Holy Spirit and the strength of God we. Can never resist the trials and persecution from the devil

Colossians 3:23
God doesn’t reward according to faces but from our works based on His word . God know every request from his children. It is for us only to remain faithful to him and trust him in any circumstances for our reward awaits us in the appropriate time.
Gos has made it known to us that even in our trails he is with us and he ll not leave us astray so we should let our heart be troubled for He is with us always
So are you (we) ready to carry the cross of Christ on our shoulder , drink of the cup of bitterness and be baptised with the baptism of suffering ???!!!
If so we ought to work towards it

2) God , any decision/ changes in my life , strengthen me to face it

3) pray to God to stir our gifts so that they can manifest and multiply

4)pray and thank the Lord for providing you with all you need in life

5)pray and thank God for all that he does for us
