Today, we’re making a timeless classic — Wedding Cookies. These little beauties are a favorite at celebrations, with their delicate texture and sweet, buttery flavor. Often known as Russian Tea Cakes or Snowball Cookies, they’re a perfect blend of simple ingredients that pack a lot of love in every bite. Mine have almonds and pecans with just enough vanilla.

Whether you’re making them for a wedding, a holiday gathering, or just because, they’re sure to impress with their light texture, sweet flavor, and that gorgeous, powdery finish. Enjoy!

1 1/2 cup pecans (whole or chopped)
1/2 cinnamon
1 3/4 cups all purpose white flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 sticks unsalted butter
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp almond extract
