Thalassophobia: Fear of open water, fear of deep dark water, fear of underwater, and fear of the deep ocean.
For me, the deep ocean and deep dark water is eerie. It allows my mind to wander and think of the possibilities of what lies in the space.

Subnautica is an open-world survival game set in an underwater environment on an alien planet. Players assume the role of a survivor from a crashed spaceship, who must explore the depths of the ocean to gather resources, craft tools, and build bases while managing their health, hunger, and thirst. The game's unique setting involves various biomes, each with distinct creatures, plants, and challenges.
