Hello and welcome to the tribe. This video is all about the healing properties of one very special flower, self-heal (prunella vulgaris). It is said the druids gathered this flower for its healing properties.
I love the earthy sweet taste of it in tea! Hope you like this little foraging and earthing video, another snippet in our off-grid lives.
