54th Massachusetts Ink

Video can be seen in HD - (there will be 3 cases issued celebrating the 150th anniversary of the Massachusetts 54th that have a unique label, then the label will return to the original - these unique labels will show up over the next few months - August 2013)

A strong pH neutral water based blue-black based upon the dark blue of the Union soldier's top coat & in the Noodler's "legal" ink series for use on legal documents requiring a durable conservative blue-black shade (though a new ink and different from others in the series!). The harpoon drawing at the end of the video sat in the water bowl overnight without any loss of intensity or shading - though the paper itself was beginning to soak apart. FYI, harpoon nibs made more than 10 years ago were long ago inspired by Temple Irons, for those of you who have any (very few were made).
