Sharing this disgusting strategy for any nerds that didn't know already.

Best counters would be:


1) Strong priority moves that always go first such as thunderclap or sucker punch.
-the problem here is if light screen and reflect are up then these only do half damage so it would always take more than one hit to drop Kingdra.

2) Pokémon with Prankster ability who know status altering moves like thunderwave could slow it down and potentially prevent it from attacking due to paralysis.
-There's still a good chance the Prankster Pokémon will be hit and KOed. Kingdra can use agility a third time and still be faster and able to move first despite the paralysis halving its speed.

3) Extremely bulky Pokémon or those holding Focus Sash can survive a hit and strike back at least once or use a move such as haze to negate all the stat changes.
-Draco Meteor may still deal a great amount of damage without the crit.

Other than very specialized teams, it's a strategy that will almost certainly disrupt the opponent's flow for 2 turns or more, and may KO 2 or more Pokémon.
