The RTX 3080 has finally dropped and its a doozy. In this video I talk about the benchmarks i put it through, features it has such as RTX IO, AV1 decode, newer gen RT and Tensor cores, power draw, temperature testing, and gaming tests that include ray tracing and DLSS use. Games tested include Apex Legends, Player Unknown's Battlegrounds (PUBG), Control, Fortnite batttle royale, Hyper Scape, Rainbow Six: Siege, The Division 2, and Call of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone. And also tested 3dmark Firestrike and Time Spy. I compare it to the GPU in the Nvidia product stack it will replace, the RTX 2080 Super, at resolutions of 1080p, 1440p, and 4k.
