Mobile Office for Genesys Cloud is the Mobile App that allows you to handle all types of Genesys interactions directly on your phone in a secure manner. It serves as an extension to your desktop version of Genesys Cloud for your mobile workforce, following the same settings, ACD routing, queue setup, and admin settings as your Genesys desktop version.

Compatible with Salesforce, Salesforce field services and Service Cloud Voice.
Available on iOS and Android phones and tablets
Available for Genesys Cloud CX1-3 and Cloud Communicate licenses
