This film contains footage of a simpler time in a small neighborhood located at Roseville CA. The house still exists where these folks lived and the neighborhood hasn't changed all that much other than a small apartment complex that was built in an area that was undeveloped at the time this film was shot. The family that lived there at the time had two sons and twin daughters from what I could tell. The footage was shot in 1955-1956 and 1957 at least.
