TNL TECNAL EXPANDERS WILL BRING GREAT BENEFITS TO YOU:

1 - Increase of 30% to 50% in the extractor´s capacity because of the combination of two factors: the bulk weight of expanded meat (0.55t/m3) is higher than the bulk weight of flakes (0.35t/m3), thus more material will fit in the same extractor; the extractor can run faster as the washing time for expanded meat is shorter.
2 - Better percolation rate because the material will be more porous.
3 - Less fines going to the extractor.
4 - Less residual oil in the meal.
5 - Less solvent dragging to the DT, hence live steam consumption is reduced.
6 - Higher miscella concentration, so steam demand for evaporation is much lower and therefore distillation capacity is increased considerably.
