The following video shows where you can obtain the miracles Bountiful Sunlight and Soothing Sunlight in Dark Souls.
You can obtain both miracles in the Duke's Archives.
Once you have been locked in the cell after the first encounter with Seath, escape and head down. You will find a bunch of enemies called Pisacas. There are two Pisacas guarding a cell where is locked Big Hat Logan. Kill the little sister Pisaca and the Elder sister Pisaca and they will drop the miracles.
The miracle Bountiful Sunlight gradually restores HP over time for a short duration (yourself and allies).
The miracle Soothing Sunlight heals a large amount of HP to the caster and nearby allies.
