Why was RETIRED AT 40 on the News? It must have been a slow day on the news desk. But I would never miss an opportunity to talk about something that I feel strongly about. In this case it was how I retired at 40. SPOILER ALERT! We bought rentals and held them for 15 years until they were free and clear which pays us passive income every month FOREVER!
